Baked Lemon Pepper Cod
Baked lemon pepper cod is one of my go-to light dinners when I want something healthy, fresh, and on the table fast. The garlic butter sauce keeps the fish flaky and moist, and the lemon and pepper brighten everything up beautifully. This is the kind of easy seafood recipe you will make over and over.
