Cheddar and Jalapeno Corn Dip
Kansas City game day means this corn dip is on the counter every single time. It is warm, cheesy, a little smoky from the chipotle, and has just enough heat from the roasted jalapenos to keep things interesting. I have been making a version of this for years and it is always the first thing to go at any gathering.
