These Everything Bagel Egg Bites are my homemade take on those Starbucks ones we all love, and I honestly think mine are better. Creamy, cheesy, perfectly seasoned, and so easy to make in a muffin tin.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
These egg bites are high in protein, gluten free, and totally meal-prep friendly. Make a batch on Sunday and grab two or three on your way out the door all week.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Gruyere, shredded
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 2 green onions, sliced
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees and grease a muffin tin well. Blend the eggs, cream cheese, and Gruyere until smooth. Stir in green onions. Pour into muffin cups about three quarters full and top with everything bagel seasoning. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until just set.
Tools for This Recipe
- USA Pan 12 Well Muffin Pan: A sturdy nonstick tin that bakes evenly, so the egg bites pop right out instead of sticking.
- Ninja Professional Blender BL610: Whips the eggs, cream cheese, and Gruyere into that silky, velvety texture in seconds.
- Spring Chef XL Box Grater: Gruyere shredded from the block melts so much better than the bagged stuff, and this grater makes quick work of it.
