Iced Matcha Latte Smoothie Bowl

Iced Matcha Latte Smoothie Bowl

This Iced Matcha Latte Smoothie Bowl is my favorite way to get my morning matcha fix and actually eat a real breakfast at the same time. It is thick and creamy like a smoothie bowl should be, but with that beautiful earthy matcha flavor running through it. Plus it is so pretty on the table that it practically takes itself to the gram.

Why You’ll Love This

It is naturally energizing thanks to the matcha, filling thanks to the Greek yogurt and banana, and the crunchy toppings make every bite interesting. It takes less than 10 minutes and feels incredibly indulgent for how healthy it actually is.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Granola for topping
  • Coconut flakes for topping

How to Make It

Blend matcha powder, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk together until completely smooth and thick. You want it thick enough to eat with a spoon so start with less almond milk and add more only if needed. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, coconut flakes, and any other toppings you love like fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey. Eat right away before the toppings get soft.
