Lavender Honey Lemonade
This lavender honey lemonade is basically the drink version of a perfect summer afternoon. It is floral and sweet and tart in the best possible way and it photographs SO beautifully that I made it three times in one week just to keep serving it at things. The color is naturally this gorgeous soft lavender from the syrup and honestly people always think you did something very fancy and complicated when in reality it took you like 15 minutes.
I love this as a non-alcoholic option at gatherings because it feels special and elevated without being boozy. That said, a splash of vodka or gin in each glass turns it into the most dreamy cocktail. You do what works for you and your crowd. Either way this is going on your summer must-make list today.
The Lavender Honey Syrup
The magic in this recipe is the lavender honey syrup. It takes about 10 minutes to make and transforms regular lemonade into something truly special. You need dried culinary lavender for this (not the ornamental stuff from your garden, make sure it says culinary grade). Combined with honey instead of sugar it is just this beautifully fragrant, naturally sweet syrup that you will want to put in everything.

Serving It Up
For the cutest presentation, serve in tall glasses or a big glass cocktail pitcher with lemon slices and a few fresh or dried lavender sprigs floating in it. The visual impact is incredible and costs you basically nothing extra. Over lots of ice is the way to go, and squeeze a tiny bit of extra lemon in just before serving to brighten everything up.

Make It a Batch
This recipe scales up beautifully for a crowd. Make a double or triple batch of the syrup ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Then it is just a matter of mixing with fresh lemon juice and water whenever you need it. Bridal showers, baby showers, summer parties, all of these events need this lemonade on the menu.
I genuinely think this might be the prettiest drink I have ever served and the flavor absolutely matches the look. Go make it this weekend, you will not be sorry!
XO, Pam
