Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables
Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables is the dinner I make when I need something on the table fast with absolutely zero mental energy to spare. Everything goes on one pan, into a hot oven, and comes out caramelized and delicious 30 minutes later. This is the recipe I share most.
Why You’ll Love This
- One pan, zero fuss — literally the easiest cleanup of any dinner
- Endlessly customizable with whatever vegetables you have on hand
- Simple ingredients you already have or can grab at any KC grocery store
- Works for meal prep — roast a double batch and use it all week
Ingredients
- Smoked Sausage
- Bell Peppers
- Zucchini
- Red Onion
- Broccoli
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
How to Make It
- Preheat your oven to 425F — high heat is what gets you those caramelized edges.
- Slice sausage and cut vegetables into similar-sized pieces so everything cooks evenly.
- Toss everything with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper right on the pan.
- Roast 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender at the edges.
What I Use: A quality Sheet Pan Set is honestly one of the most-used things in my kitchen — the heavy gauge ones give you so much better browning.
