Watermelon Feta Skewers

Watermelon Feta Skewers

Watermelon feta skewers are the ultimate summer appetizer and I make them every single year once the Kansas City heat kicks in. The combination of sweet juicy watermelon, salty feta, and fresh mint with that little balsamic drizzle is honestly one of the best flavor combos in existence. They take about ten minutes to put together and they look absolutely stunning on any table.

Why You’ll Love This

  • No cooking required and ready in 10 minutes flat
  • Sweet, salty, fresh, and tangy all in one bite
  • Beautiful presentation that impresses every time
  • Perfect for summer parties, bridal showers, or brunch

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 6 oz feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz prosciutto, torn into pieces (optional)
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

How to Make It

  1. Cut watermelon and feta into similar-sized cubes.
  2. Thread onto small skewers alternating watermelon, feta, and mint.
  3. Add a small piece of prosciutto if using.
  4. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.

A set of mini cocktail skewers makes these so easy to assemble, and a good balsamic glaze is a pantry staple I always keep on hand.
